The Governor’s 20 (1962): The crown jewel of this jacket is the Washington State outline patch on the back. Earning a spot in the "Governor's 20" at the Wenatchee championship meant Rustad was officially ranked as one of the top 20 marksmen in the entire state.

Fort Lawton Affiliation: Features a massive Fort Lawton Falcons Highpower/Smallbore Rifle Team back patch and a Fort Lawton Rod and Gun Club front crest.
