Shipping Policy

Shipping is available on select items including Annie Sloan Chalk Paint, Iron Orchid Designs products, decoupage papers, craft supplies, and more.

You will also find many vintage, antique, collectible, jewelry, and home decor items that are available in our physical location.  Those items are not eligible for shipping.  

Processing Time

Most in-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.

During major sales, holidays, or special events, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we'll let you know as soon as possible.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping rates apply and are based on weight, size, and handling time.

We offer FREE standard shipping on orders of $50 or more (U.S. orders only).

Carriers

We ship through trusted carriers including USPS , FedEx, and UPS, selecting the service that provides the best combination of speed, reliability, and value.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.  Items shipped via USPS First Class Mail will not have a tracking number associated with them.

Local Pickup

Local customers are welcome to select Free Local Pickup during checkout for all product found on our website, including Marketplace items.

You'll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup at our Poulsbo, Washington marketplace.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.

Locker61 is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us within 5 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date) so we can help resolve the issue with the carrier.

Please keep all original packaging and take photos of any damage whenever possible.
