The most frequent question we hear at our Poulsbo boutique is: "Should I use clay or resin?"

• Air-Dry Paper Clay: Choose this for a "Found Object" look. It offers a charmingly distressed finish with slight shrinkage and organic cracking. Tip: Apply to curved surfaces while the clay is still damp (often called "slumping") to allow the casting to conform to the shape as it dries.
• Epoxy Resin: Best for high-traffic pieces or when you need absolute consistency. Resin provides zero shrinkage and extreme durability. For the best results and to prolong the life of your silicone, always use a dedicated release agent or a light dusting of cornstarch.

Pro-Tip for Vertical Surfaces
