This charming Midcentury figurine was made circa 1960 in Japan by Napco. The little angel has spaghetti trim on her cuffs and at the hem of her dress. There is a bright red poinsettia at her waist and two gilded bells at the bottom of her dress. The halo, wings, and spaghetti trim are all gilded with gold paint and the same paint was used to write December Angel at the base. All of the painting was done by hand. Marked A1372. This is one of a 12 figure set, one angel for each birthday month.
Measures 4-1/2 inches tall.
Very good vintage condition. Spaghetti is entirely intact, one small spot of wear on gilt of halo.
