Contains four commemorative envelopes cancelled on Inauguration Day (January 20, 1981) featuring facsimile signatures and printed portrait vignettes of President Ronald Reagan and Vice President George H.W. Bush from their respective home postmarks (Tampico, IL & Milton, MA) and Washington, D.C.
Condition: Covers and envelopes inside are in excellent, crisp condition with clear cancellations. External binder album shows light surface storage scuffing and dust, but remains structurally solid.
