As pretty on the back as it is from the front, this large Victorian Revival brooch dates to the early 1970s. The faceted, foiled glass stones are in navette and round shapes. The central stone is a large purple navette. It is flanked by two cobalt blue round stones. There is an olive green navette at each end of the bar. Open, textured, antiqued gold-tone scrollwork completes the revival style. The back is ornately textured with rococo scrolling. Safety clasp holds well.
