This beautiful hand-decorated tile was designed by artist Christine Fitzgerald. It shows a traditional adobe home with a string of red chile peppers hanging by the door. A lush flowering garden frames the home and a large pot decorated with a bird motif sits beside the door. On the back is the original masonite backing that allows it to be hung on a wall or used as a trivet. The original tag is affixed to the back identifying the maker as Mag Mor Studios, based in Santa Fe New Mexico during the 1970s to 1990s.
