This ornate cast metal miniature urn is decorated with intricate floral patterns and painted a dark olive green. It was created in the 1920s to early 1930s as a revival of Victorian design. It is intended for use as an incense or candle holder, and traces of wax on the interior and top edge demonstrate its past use for this purpose. This is a heavy, well-made piece. No paint loss to the exterior of the piece. Inside there are a few areas where the underlying metal can be seen upon close inspection.
